Local Ingredients

Every loaf starts with flour milled in Ontario. We source locally wherever possible—because great bread begins with great grain, and we believe in supporting the land and farmers around us.

A gray cloth bag filled with flour, with a metal flour sifter and some spilled flour on a gray surface.
A glass jar filled with a white, speckled, snowy textured substance, garnished with whipped cream on top, placed on a rustic white wooden board with a piece of white cloth underneath, set against a dark, textured background.

Community & Craft

Baking is how we show up for our neighbours. From weekly drops to farmers' market mornings, every loaf is made to bring people together around something real, nourishing, and made with care.

Slow Fermentation

No shortcuts, no rushing. Our naturally leavened sourdough rises on its own time, developing deep flavour and a gut-friendly crumb. Patience isn't just part of the process—it's the whole point.
